The lock on the garage door broke, and someone came out within a couple of hours on a very cold day and the man was very pleasant. 

The guys dived straight in with the grinder, chopped off the bolts, removed the lock, replaced the lock, invoiced and paid. It took an hour.

Fire escape in main bedroom had jammed and was not able to be closed properly. The problem was solved efficiently by the locksmith. Thank you.
